DG Digest: EPA notice regarding a TSCA rule change proposal for Carbon Tetrachloride

The agency is seeking public comment to inform its reconsideration of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) risk management rule for carbon tetrachloride (CTC). The material is currently very restricted in its permitted uses due to its hazardous nature. See the reconsideration information here:
