EPA
The agency published a supplemental proposed rulemaking that modifies and clarifies its initial NPRM regarding the implementation of fees for its administration of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The proposal may result in fee increases for a broad range of TSCA subject entities. Comments are due by January 17th, 2023. For detailed information and how to provide comment, click here.

The agency announced a meeting of the Railroad Safety Advisory Committee for December 12th. The RSAC advises FRA on safety issues including transport of hazardous materials. For information on how to attend and offer comment, click here.
