EPA
The agency published a proposed rule that if enacted will significantly change the requirements for major industry in terms of reporting greenhouse gas emissions. The proposal will eliminate many such requirements and delay others for almost a decade. See the proposal here:
The agency is also delaying its enforcement of new rules regarding the safe handling of trichlorethylene solvents. See the delay notice here:
OSHA
The agency is requesting comment on its annual census of workplace fatalities. OSHA uses this information to inform its consideration of its regulations. See the ICR proposal here:
