At the Labelmaster Dangerous Goods Symposium last week, Jeff Hart, former Chair of the United Nations Sub-committee of Experts asked delegates whether anyone had read the “Guiding Principles” document which illustrates some of the concepts and detail behind to UN Model Regulations.
