The agency published an NPRM that if adopted would exempt most mobile refrigeration units from the leak repair requirements of the Hydrofluorocarbons Control Act of 2020. See the NPRM here:
The agency is also extending the reporting deadline for the Health and Safety Data Reporting Rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) by one year to May 21, 2027. This rule is effective on May 22, 2026. Find details here:
