Regulatory Freeze
The new administration issued an order freezing current and new rulemaking pending review. This impacts all federal agencies. The order does not have a projected end date. See it here:

OSHA
The agency issued an ICR related to the use and control of Class 1 explosives in industry blasting operations. Such operations often occur in quarrying and mining operations. Find the ICR here:
LNG By Rail Program Reversal
A federal appeals court vacated a rule allowing a pilot program to ship Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) by rail. The court found that PHMSA did not adequately consider environmental and safety impacts. The vacated rule now goes back to the agency for further consideration. Find news about the court action here:
