DG Digest: Transport Canada issues new guidance on transport of exempt propane tanks, PHMSA has set of new SP actions

Transport Canada

Although perhaps not exactly regulatory-related, the Ministry did publish a helpful guidance document related to the safe transport of small propane tanks by private individuals for the purposes of recreation (picnics and barbecues, camping, etc. The document does discuss the exemption limits for private transport.
