DG Digest: Federal Agencies Publish Semi-annual Regulatory Agendas

U.S. EPA

The agency published its annual adjustment of monetary penalty amounts charged under its citation program.  Each year the fines are adjusted for inflation. See the new penalty fee schedule here

Semi-Annual Regulatory Agendas

E.U. ADR

The UNECE published an update to the Competent Authorities index list for the ADR.  This index provides information about each signatory states controlling authority for shipping dangerous goods. See the updated version here
